41 62 200 Replacing Tailgate Hinge Mechanism

Necessary preliminary tasks:

Remove REAR WINDOW
Remove COVER for rear window frame

Release screw (1).

Tightening torque 41 62 1AZ .

Unfasten screws (2).

Tightening torque 41 62 6AZ .

Remove hinge.

Installation note:

ADJUST TAILGATE .

Repair paintwork damage on the screws.

Release screws (1) and remove ground connections.

Remove stop pad (2).
