35 21 041 Replacing spring for brake pedal

Necessary preliminary tasks:

Remove footwell trim on driver's side. See TRIM PANEL FOR PEDAL ASSEMBLY (US ONLY) or TRIM PANEL FOR PEDAL ASSEMBLY (ECE ONLY) .

Disconnect return spring (1).

NOTE: Check grommet (2) for damage, replace if necessary.
