84 11 660 Removing and installing/replacing telematic control unit (TCU) (option SA633/SA639)

Necessary preliminary tasks
- Disconnect BATTERY EARTH CABLE .
- Remove spare wheel well trim panel at front. See 51 47... REMOVING AND INSTALLING/REPLACING FRONT PANEL OF SPARE WHEEL WELL .
Unfasten aerial connectors (1) and disconnect.
Unlock plug connections (2) and disconnect.
Installation:
Observe colour coding of aerial connectors (1).
Release nuts (1) on left/right.
Remove TCU (2).
Replacement
- Carry out VEHICLE PROGRAMMING/CODING .
