Condition for fault identification

Test condition:

The fault is recognized when the deviation between actual and specified RPM exceeds a limit value.

Potential problem source(s):

• Air in system
• Coolant contaminated or incorrect mixture ratio
• Defective wiring harness
• Defective water pump

Terminal condition: Terminal 15

Voltage condition:

• Electrical system voltage > 12 V

Temperature condition:

• Engine temperature over 95°C

Time condition:

• None

Other conditions:

• No BSD fault
