• Alternator dirty
• Airflow to alternator obstructed
• Thermal overload from unfavorable driving profile possible

Terminal condition: none

Voltage condition:

• Alternator specified voltage one time for at least 5 sec.: exceeds electrical system voltage + 1.0 V or greater than 14 V

Temperature condition:

• None

Time condition:

• 10 sec.

Other conditions:

• Engine on

• Alternator not fully loaded
• No diagnostic fault codes stored for alternator
