Condition for fault identification

Test condition:

The fault is recognized when the engine has cooled too slowly after a specific period of time.

Potential problem source(s):

• Collateral fault resulting from malfunction in registering engine temperature

Terminal condition: none

Voltage condition:

Voltage in onboard electrical system > 10 V

Temperature condition:

Engine shutdown temperature > 78 °C

Time condition:

• Time with engine off less than 12 min. or longer than 4 hours

Other conditions:

Engine on
