Condition for fault identification

Test condition:

The fault is recognized when the DME main relay's contacts fail to close within a specified period after Terminal 15 is energized.

Potential problem source(s):

• Defective DME main relay

Terminal condition: Terminal 15

Voltage condition:

• Electrical system voltage > 10 V

Temperature condition:

• None

Time condition:

• 1 sec. after Terminal 15 on

Other conditions:

• DME must have been in sleep mode previously
