Condition for fault identification

Test condition:

The fault is recognized when the actual engine speed exceeds the specified engine speed during the catalyst heating phase. The level of the relevant violation is defined by the program map.

Potential problem source(s):

• Collateral fault

Terminal condition: none

Voltage condition:

• Electrical system voltage > 10 V

Temperature condition:

• Coolant temperature > -10 °C

Time condition:

• 10 sec. to 25 sec.

Other conditions:

• Engine on
