Condition for fault identification

Test condition:

The fault is recognized when a control signal is transmitted to the DMTL heater and a short circuit to positive is present.

Potential problem source(s):

• Defect in wiring harness
• DMTL defective

Terminal condition: none

Voltage condition:

• Electrical system voltage > 10 V

Temperature condition:

• None

Time condition:

• 5 sec.

Other conditions:

• none
