The fault is recognized when all of the teeth on the reluctor wheel are no longer being detected.

Potential problem source(s):

• Crankshaft sensor defective
• Increment wheel defective

Terminal condition: none

Voltage condition:

• Electrical system voltage > 10 V

Temperature condition:

• None

Time condition:

• None

Other conditions:

• Engine on
