- If other diagnostic fault codes are logged, repair these faults first
- Conduct system test for interchanged oxygen sensors in wrong mutual positions
- Check wiring harness to oxygen sensors
- Check exhaust/muffler assembly upstream from post-catalyst oxygen sensor 2 for leaks
- Replace pre-catalyst oxygen sensor 2
- Replace post-catalyst oxygen sensor 2
- Replace DME
