Condition for fault identification

Test condition:

The fault is recognized when an open circuit is present during activation of compressor bypass valve 2.

Potential problem source(s):

• Defect in wiring harness between DME and compressor bypass valve 2
• No power-supply voltage to compressor bypass valve 2
• Diverter valve 2 defective

Terminal condition: none

Voltage condition:

• Electrical system voltage > 10 V

Temperature condition:

• None

Time condition:

- 0.5 sec.

Other conditions:

• Component must receive activation signal
