Overview of door window bonding, fixed, rear (E90)

Attach two special tools 51 3 010 to tool trolley. Moisten suction surfaces and secure door window. In addition, secure special tool 51 3 220 .
Almost vertical part (B) of cement bead (1) must face frame (5).
Apply adhesive bead (1) parallel to frame (5). Partially apply adhesive bead (1) to frame (5) and ceramic layer (2).
Spread cement bead (4) with special tool 00 9 322 .
Carefully position door window (with frame):
- with special tool 51 3 220
- first at bottom
- align sideways
- Clip catches on frame into penetrations (1)
Assemble vehicle immediately after installing door window.
If adhesive has hardened, covers can no longer be fitted.
