51 47... Partially remove and install the carpet in the front passenger compartment

Necessary preliminary tasks
- Remove SIDE TRIM PANEL IN THE FOOTWELL on the driver's side.
- Remove TRIM PANEL FOR THE DOOR POST (BOTTOM) on the driver's side.
- Remove front seat . See 52 17 000 REMOVING AND INSTALLING LEFT OR RIGHT FRONT SEAT (COMFORT) , 52 17 000 REMOVING AND INSTALLING LEFT OR RIGHT FRONT SEAT (COMFORT) , 52 16 000 REMOVING AND INSTALLING LEFT OR RIGHT FRONT SEAT or 52 13 000 REMOVING AND INSTALLING LEFT OR RIGHT FRONT SEAT (NORMAL/SEMI-ELECTRIC) on the driver's side.
- Remove REAR DOOR SILL COVER STRIP (INSIDE) on the driver's side.
- Remove ACCELERATOR PEDAL MODULE .
- For version with central bass only:
- Remove CENTRAL BASS COVER on the driver's side.
Fold the carpet (1) upwards and dry it.
If applicable, clean with carpet cleaner.
