65 12 250 Removing and installing/replacing headphones module

Necessary preliminary tasks:

Disconnect battery negative lead, refer to 61 20 900 DISCONNECTING AND CONNECTING BATTERY NEGATIVE LEAD
Remove flap in luggage compartment panel on left. Refer to 51 47 172 REMOVING AND INSTALLING / REPLACING FLAP IN LUGGAGE COMPARTMENT TRIM, LEFT OR RIGHT .

NOTE: Follow instructions for handling optical fibers. Refer to 61 00... NOTES ON HANDLING OPTICAL FIBERS .

Unscrew nuts (1).

Unfasten plug connection (2) and disconnect.

Remove headset module (3).
