65 77 635 Replacing sensor mat for left or right rear seat occupancy detector (comfort seat)

Necessary preliminary tasks:
- Remove seat cover for rear seat, refer to 52 25 450 REPLACING PADDING FOR REAR SEAT
Remove sensor mat (1) from padding (2).
IMPORTANT:
To avoid malfunctions, make sure sensor mat (1) is cleanly laid:
- Lay plug-in connection in designated recess.
- Lay sensor mat (1) straight and without kinks (large bending radii).
- If necessary, secure sensor mat (1) with adhesive tape provided.
- Feed sensor mat (1) in areas of transition (e.g. seat cushion to side section) cleanly into penetrations of padding (1).
