63 12 950 Replacing a lower holder for headlight mounting

Remove complete headlight. Refer to 63 12 001 REMOVING AND INSTALLING/REPLACING LEFT HEADLIGHT (UP TO 03/2005) or 63 12 010 REMOVING AND INSTALLING LEFT HEADLIGHT (XENON HEADLIGHT) .

Version with headlight cleaning system:

If necessary, release screws (1) and fold back H.P. nozzle (2).

Release screws (1) and remove holder for headlight mounting (2).

Installation:

Install holder for headlight mounting, tighten screws until hand-tight.

Install headlight and adjust gap dimensions.

Tighten down screws on holder for headlight mounting.
