63 99 486 Replacing Light Module For Front Left Or Right Outside Door Handle Lighting (From 09/2004)

Necessary Preliminary Tasks:

Remove outside handle. Refer to 51 21 795 DISASSEMBLING AND ASSEMBLING OUTSIDE HANDLE FOR PAINTING .

Disconnect plug connection.

Release screws (1).

Remove light module (2) for outside door handle lighting (5).

Installation:

Seals (2) of light module for outside door handle lighting (1) must not be damaged or missing.
