52 26... Removing and installing/replacing rear left or right head restraint mount (through-loading)

Necessary preliminary tasks:

Remove padding for rear backrest. See 52 26 080 Removing And Installing/Replacing Backrest Frame For Left Rear Seat (Through-Loading System) .

Left head restraint mount:

Release screws, remove head restraint mount.

Tightening torque, see 52 24 2AZ in SEATS - TIGHTENING TORQUES - 525I & 530I (M54) .

Right head restraint mount:

Release screws, remove head restraint mount.
