52 26 080 Removing and installing/replacing backrest frame for left rear seat (through-loading system)

E61 only:
- Remove rear middle inertia reel unit.
Replacement only:
Release all screws and remove parts:
- Clip for armrest
- Armrest lock
- Backrest lock
- Head restraint mount
