51 24 065 Removing and installing / replacing Bowden cable for manual rear lid unlocking

Necessary preliminary tasks:

Remove REAR SEAT
Remove UPPER SECTION OF REAR LID LOCK
Remove RIGHT LUGGAGE COMPARTMENT WHEEL ARCH TRIM

Detach pull eyelet (1) from Bowden cable (2).

Detach Bowden cable (1) with holder (2) in direction of arrow from holder on rear lid.

Feed Bowden cable (1) in area (A) out of passenger compartment.

Feed Bowden cable (1) upwards out of hinge (2).
