52 30 080 Removing and installing/replacing left seat backrest frame

Necessary preliminary tasks

Remove 3RD SEAT ROW .
Remove BACKREST COVER .
Removing ACTUATING MECHANISM FOR REAR SEAT BACKREST .
Remove OUTER TRIM .

Detach Starlock washer (1) from shaft.

Remove shaft.

Installation:

Fit left and right plastic sleeves on shaft.

Release fitting screws (1).

Tightening torque: 52 30 02AZ .

Release outer bearing screw (1).

Tightening torque: 52 30 03AZ .

Remove seat backrest frame (2) from assembly frame.

Replacement only:

Removing SEAT FABRIC .
