52 30 000 Removing and installing complete 3rd seat row

Necessary preliminary tasks

Remove LASHING RAIL IN LUGGAGE COMPARTMENT FLOOR .
Remove PANEL FOR LUGGAGE COMPARTMENT AT BOTTOM .

Unclip cover (1) on left and right and remove in direction of arrow.

Installation:

Replace faulty cover.

Release screws (1).

Tightening torque 52 30 01AZ .

Access to front screw (2) concealed by trim (1).

Unclip trim (1) towards top.

Release screws (2) and (3).

Tightening torque 52 30 01AZ .

Fold rear seat backwards forwards.

Release screws (1).

Tightening torque 52 30 01AZ .

Unlock PLUG CONNECTION (1) and disconnect.

IMPORTANT: Risk of damage!
Cover sill and entrance area with protective covers.

Lift rear seat with a 2nd person helping out of vehicle.
