52 24 380 Removing and installing/replacing left or right rear head restraint mount

Necessary Preliminary Tasks:
- Remove padding for rear backrest. Refer to 52 24 408 REPLACING BACKREST COVER (BASIC) FOR LEFT OR RIGHT REAR SEAT .
Release relevant screws, remove left or right head restraint mount.
Tightening torque, refer to 52 24 2AZ in SEATS - TIGHTENING TORQUES - 545I (4.4L) E60/N62 .
