64 12 590 Removing and installing or replacing muffler

Necessary preliminary tasks:
- Remove left underbody paneling. See 51 47... REMOVING AND INSTALLING/REPLACING LEFT OR RIGHT UNDERBODY PANELING .
Unscrew nut (1).
Release screw (2).
Withdraw muffler (3) in direction of arrow from exhaust pipe (4).
Installation:
If necessary, replace blind rivet nut (5).
