65 12 072 Removing and installing amplifier (replacing hi-fi system) (Late Version)

Necessary preliminary tasks:

Disconnect battery negative lead . See 61 20 900 DISCONNECTING AND CONNECTING BATTERY NEGATIVE LEAD .
Remove rear left side trim panel . See 51 47 151 REMOVING AND INSTALLING/REPLACING LEFT LUGGAGE COMPARTMENT WHEEL ARCH TRIM .

Take off cover for amplifier (1) in upward direction.

Release screws (1). Unfasten plug connection (3) and disconnect. Remove amplifier (2) with holder by pulling upward.

Release nuts (2) and screw (3). Remove holder (4) from amplifier (1).
