41 62 000 Removing And Installing Rear Lid

Necessary preliminary tasks:
- Remove panel for rear lid . Refer to 51 49 000 REMOVING AND INSTALLING/REPLACING PANEL FOR REAR LID .
- Disconnect all plug and socket cable connections on rear lid.
Carry over the work step shown symmetrically to the other side of the vehicle.
Slacken screws (1)
Unfasten screws (2).
Tightening torque, see 41 62 1AZ in 41 62 REAR LID .
Remove rear lid.
Installation:
Adjust rear lid . Refer to 51 24 004 ADJUSTING REAR LID LOCK (LOWER SECTION OF REAR LID LOCK) .
