Removing And Installing/Replacing Pressure Line For Oscillating Motor/Rear Axle (Middle Pressure Lines)

IMPORTANT:

Adhere to the utmost cleanliness. Do not allow any dirt to enter the hydraulic system.

Seal off pipe connections with plugs.

Pressure line for oscillating motor (junction I to junction II): 

Release nuts.

Tightening torque 37 14 13AZ  . See INTEGRATED SUSPENSION SYSTEMS - TIGHTENING TORQUES .

Disengage pressure lines from pipe holders (1).

Remove pipe holder (1).

Installation: 

Replace pipe holder (1).

Make sure pressure lines are laid without tension and with sufficient spacing to adjoining components.

Tightening torque 37 14 14AZ  . See INTEGRATED SUSPENSION SYSTEMS - TIGHTENING TORQUES .

Pressure line for oscillating motor (junction II to junction III): 

Release nuts.

Tightening torque 37 14 13AZ  . See INTEGRATED SUSPENSION SYSTEMS - TIGHTENING TORQUES .

Unscrew nut (1).

Remove pressure line.

Installation: 

Replace self-locking nut.

Make sure pressure lines are laid without tension and with sufficient spacing to adjoining components.

Tightening torque 37 14 14AZ  . See INTEGRATED SUSPENSION SYSTEMS - TIGHTENING TORQUES .
