52 14 020 Removing And Installing/Replacing Seat Frame On Left Or Right Front Seat (Normal/Electric)

Necessary preliminary tasks:

Remove FRONT SEAT
Remove BACKREST FRAME
Remove BOTH SEAT RAILS on front seat
Remove SEAT COVER FOR FRONT SEAT

Release fastening elements (1) on left and right.

Remove component (2) on left and right.

Remove complete seat wiring harness.

If necessary, remove DRIVE FOR ACTIVE SEAT .

Installation:

When replacing backrest or seat frame, break off centring hooks (1) from seat frame.

NOTE:

The new seat frame part contains all the drives.
