52 14 020 Removing And Installing/Replacing Seat Frame On Left Or Right Front Seat (Normal/Electric)

Necessary preliminary tasks: 

Release fastening elements (1) on left and right.

Remove component (2) on left and right.

Remove complete seat wiring harness.

If necessary, remove drive for active seat  . See 67 31 500 REMOVING AND INSTALLING/REPLACING DRIVE UNIT FOR LONGITUDINAL SEAT ADJUSTMENT .

Installation: 

When replacing backrest or seat frame, break off centering hooks (1) from seat frame.

NOTE: The new seat frame part contains all the drives.
