51 16 227 Removing And Installing/Replacing Trim On Centre Console At Side Left Or Right

Necessary preliminary tasks:
- Remove decorative trim from center console . See 51 16 225 REMOVING AND INSTALLING/REPLACING DECORATIVE TRIM ON CENTRE CONSOLE ON LEFT OR RIGHT .
NOTE:
For purposes of clarity, illustrations show front seat removed.
Unclip trim (1) from retainers (2).
Feed out trim (1) in area (3) towards rear.
Installation:
If necessary, replace faulty retainers (2).
Feed in trim (1) first in area (3), then clip onto center console.
