13 53 107 Removing and Installing/Replacing Both Injection Lines (N73)

Necessary preliminary tasks:
- Remove manifold. See 11 61 050 REMOVING AND INSTALLING INTAKE AIR MANIFOLD (N73)
- Disconnect fuel lines. See 13 53 175 REMOVING AND INSTALLING/REPLACING ALL PRESSURE LINES (N73)
Recycling:
Fuel escapes when fuel lines are detached.
Catch and dispose of escaping fuel.
Observe country-specific waste-disposal regulations.
Release screws in area (1).
Tightening torque, 13 53 4AZ. See 13 53 FUEL INJECTION NOZZLES AND PIPES
Installation:
Check O-rings on fuel injector for damage.
If necessary Replace O-rings.
Assemble engine.
Check fuel lines for leaks.
