52 25 380 Removing and Installing/Replacing Left or Right Rear Head Restraint Mount

Necessary preliminary tasks:

Remove rear head restraint. See 52 25 390 REMOVING AND INSTALLING OR REPLACING LEFT OR RIGHT REAR HEAD RESTRAINT
Remove trim for armrest at rear. See 52 25 030 REMOVING AND INSTALLING COMPLETE ARMREST FOR REAR SEAT BACKREST
Remove rear panel on rear seat backrest. See 52 25 ... REMOVING AND INSTALLING/REPLACING REAR PANEL ON REAR SEAT BACKREST
If necessary, remove backrest cover for rear seat. See 52 25 410 REPLACING BACKREST COVER FOR LEFT OR RIGHT REAR SEAT

NOTE: Move head restraint fully downwards (otherwise removal of head restraint guide is not possible!).

Disconnect plug connection.

Unlock catches (1) and remove guide (2) on left and right towards top.

Release screws (3).

Tilt head restraint mount (4) in direction of arrow and feed out towards top.
