51 23 100 Removing And Installing/Replacing Right Engine Hood Lock

Necessary preliminary tasks:

Remove right headlight.
See REMOVING AND INSTALLING/REPLACING RIGHT HEADLIGHT or REMOVING AND INSTALLING RIGHT HEADLIGHT (XENON HEADLIGHT)

Disengage Bowden cable (1) from hood/bonnet lock (2).

Release screws (1).

Remove hood/bonnet lock (2) towards front.

Tightening torque: 51 23 2AZ . See HOOD/BONNET LOCKS for specs.
