41 33 040 Replacing Front Wall

Following new body parts are required (refer to EPC):

Open screws in area (1).

Remove front end/side frame connection (2).

Open screws (1) and (2).

Remove front middle bumper mounting (3) and V-support (4).

NOTE: Carry over the work step shown symmetrically to the other side of the car

Drill out rivets (1).

Open screws (2).

Remove carrier for bumper trim with deformation element (3).

Open screws (4).

Remove front wall holder (5).

Installation:

If necessary, use screws or locking pins (instead of rivets) to secure deformation element.
