51 45 ... Removing and installing/replacing left knee protection

Remove trim for instrument panel (lower section). Refer to 51 45 030 Removing and installing trim for instrument panel (lower section) .

Remove lower section of steering column trim. Refer to INSTRUMENT PANEL TRIM (LOWER SECTION) .

Unfasten screws.

Disconnect plug connection (1).

Unlock light guide (2) and detach from light module (3) of auxiliary turn indicator light.

Replacement only: 

Release screws (4) and remove light module.
