51 43 148 Removing and installing or replacing trim on left or right door column (top)
Unfasten seatbelt screw on front seat.
Installation:
Tightening torque (31 N.m).
NOTE:
On the version from 9/97, the trim panel for door pillar (bottom) must be removed.
Version From 9/97:
Remove trim panel for door pillar (bottom). Refer to 51 43 150 REMOVING AND INSTALLING OR REPLACING TRIM FOR LEFT OR RIGHT DOOR COLUMN (BOTTOM) .
Remove mucket in area of trim for door pillar at top.
- Unclip trim panel at bottom towards inside.
- Detach out trim panel towards bottom.
Version from 9/97:
Installation:
If necessary, replace defective clips (1).
Mounts (2) must not be damaged.
