12 11 208 Checking right distributor cap, ignition leads and ignition line connector (M73)

Switch off ignition.

Remove distributor cap with ignition wiring harness,

refer to 12 11 098 REPLACING RIGHT DISTRIBUTOR CAP (M73) 

Check distributor rotor and distributor cap for hairline cracks and traces of scorching. If any are present, establish the cause and replace corresponding component.
