Airbag Control Module -J234-, REMOVING AND INSTALLING: Installing

Install in the reverse order of removal while noting the following:

CAUTION:

Pyrotechnical components can deploy unexpectedly.

A risk of injury is possible.

- Keep as far away as possible from the pyrotechnic component when switching the ignition on.

-- Connect the battery ground cable. Refer to BATTERY, DISCONNECTING AND CONNECTING .

If the Control Module Is Removed and Installed, Perform the Test Plan for Installing the Control Module.

-- Perform the function "Inertial sensor basic setting" using Vehicle Diagnostic Tester. Refer to Diagnostic Entry .
