Electric Drive Control Module On Front Axle J1234, Removing And Installing: Installing

Install in reverse order of removal and note the following:

-- Tighten the new cover for the high-voltage cables diagonally.

-- After installing the high-voltage components or potential equalization cables a potential equalization measurement must be performed on the corresponding high-voltage components. Refer to Potential Equalization Measurement .

-- Fill the cooling system: refer to COOLING SYSTEM, FILLING .

CAUTION:

High voltage increases the risk of fatal injury

Electrocution can cause severe bodily or fatal injury.

- Have a high-voltage technician or an high-voltage expert bring the high-voltage system back into service.

-- Refer to HIGH-VOLTAGE SYSTEM, RE-ENERGIZING .
