-- Remove steering column and steering column tube ADJUSTABLE STEERING COLUMN AND STEERING COLUMN TUBE 

-- Loosen adjusting nut -1- to release tension on cable

-- Cut cable with side cutter behind adjusting nut, and remove.

-- Check dimension -A- between adjusting nut -1- and mating piece -B- on new cable; correct if necessary.

Dimension -A- = 15 mm (0.59 in.)

-- Slide new cable through adjusting mechanism and pinch spring sleeve on end of cable using standard pliers.

-- Install eccentric lever -1- of cable on steering column tube pin and install cable on bracket (arrow).
