Assembly Mount, Adjusting
Procedure
-- Support the engine in the installation position. Refer to ENGINE, SUPPORTING IN INSTALLATION POSITION .
-- Free up the wiring harness on the bracket -1- for the air filter housing.
-- Remove the bolts -arrows- and remove the bracket for the air filter housing (example illustration above).
-- Remove the bolts -arrows- for the transmission mount -1-.
-- Replace all three bolts one after another and install them by until they are in position.
-- Make sure that the edges on the support arm -1- and transmission mount -2- are parallel on the transmission side.
- Dimension -x- = dimension -x-.
-- Tighten the transmission mount bolts.
-- Check the installation position at the engine mount:
- The support arm must be a distance of at least -a- = 9 mm to the engine mount.
TIP:
The dimension -a- can be checked using a 9 mm drill bit, for example.
-- If required, slide the engine/transmission assembly to the side.
Assemble in the reverse order of removal. Note the following:
-- Remove the Engine Support Bridge :10-222A from the engine. Refer to ENGINE, SUPPORTING IN INSTALLATION POSITION .
