-- Remove the rear door trim panel. Refer to REAR DOOR TRIM PANEL, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .
-- Disengage and remove the insulation.
-- Disconnect the connector -2-.
-- Remove the lamp -3- from the mount -1-.
-- Release the retainers -arrows-.
-- Remove the cap -6-.
-- Remove the circuit board -1-.
-- Release the catches -3- and -5-.
-- Remove the housing -2- from the fiber-optic cable -4-.
-- Remove the rear pull handle trim. Refer to OVERVIEW - REAR DOOR TRIM PANEL .
-- Release the retainers -arrows-.
-- Remove the fiber-optic cable -2- from the pull handle trim -1-.
