Allocation of the crankshaft bearing shells for the cylinder block
- Bearing shells with the correct thickness are allocated to the cylinder block in the factory. The color marks on the sides of the bearing shell mark the bearing shell thickness.
- Which bearing thickness is inserted in which location is marked on the side of the cylinder block with letters. The first letter of the row of letters represents bearing "1", the second letter is for bearing "2", etc.
| Letter on cylinder block | Color of bearing | |
|---|---|---|
| G | = | Yellow |
