Coolant Valves, Removing And Installing: Removing

-- Remove the noise insulation. Refer to OVERVIEW - NOISE INSULATION .
Audi A1 from MY 2018:
-- Remove the front air duct pipe. Refer to FRONT AIR DUCT PIPE, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .
Audi A3 from MY 2021/Q2 from MY 2016/Q3 from MY 2019/TT from MY 2015:
-- Unclip the coolant hose -1- from the air duct pipe and push upward -arrow-.
Continuation for All Vehicles:
-- Disconnect the connector -2-.
-- Clamp off the coolant hoses using the Hose Clamps - Up To 25mm:3094 .
-- Place a cloth underneath to catch leaking coolant.
-- Loosen the clamps and remove the coolant hoses.
-- Remove the nuts -arrows- and then remove the Transmission Coolant Valve -N488- (example illustration).
