Overview - Refrigerant Lines, A/C Compressor And Condenser, RS 6/ RS 7

1. Condenser (with Receiver/Dryer)
   • Refrigerant Lines, Removing and Installing. Refer to REFRIGERANT LINES, DISCONNECTING AND CONNECTING FROM CONDENSER .
   • Removing and Installing. Refer to CONDENSER, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .
   • The receiver/dryer is a component of the condenser. Refer to OVERVIEW - CONDENSER .
   • Dryer from the receiver/dryer, removing and installing. Refer to DESICCANT BAG/DRYER CARTRIDGE, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .
2. High Pressure Sensor -G65-
   • Removing and Installing. Refer to High Pressure Sensor -G65-, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .
   • Refer to OVERVIEW - CONDENSER 
3. A/C Compressor
   • Overview. Refer to OVERVIEW - A/C COMPRESSOR .
4. O-Ring
   • Replacing. Refer to REFRIGERANT CIRCUIT SEALS .
   • Lubricate lightly with refrigerant oil before installing
5. Low Pressure Side Refrigerant Line
   • From the inner heat exchanger to the A/C compressor
   • Removing and installing from the A/C compressor. Refer to REFRIGERANT LINES, REMOVING AND INSTALLING TO A/C COMPRESSOR .
   • Removing and installing from inner heat exchanger. Refer to REFRIGERANT LINES WITH INNER HEAT EXCHANGER, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .
6. Bolt
   • 25 Nm
   • 22 Nm when using special tools Wrench - Door Adjusting :3320  with Wrench - Door Adjusting - Box Wrench :3320/2  and Torque Wrench, 6-50Nm : VAG1331A 
7. Nut
   • 8 Nm
8. O-Ring
   • Replacing. Refer to REFRIGERANT CIRCUIT SEALS .
   • Lubricate lightly with refrigerant oil before installing
9. Refrigerant line with inner heat exchanger
   • Overview. Refer to OVERVIEW - INTERIOR HEAT EXCHANGER, REFRIGERANT LINES IN PLENUM CHAMBER AND EXPANSION VALVE .
   • In this refrigerant line, the liquid warm refrigerant flowing on the high pressure side releases energy into the vaporous cold refrigerant flowing on the low pressure side. This increases the efficiency of the A/C system.
   • Removing and Installing. Refer to REFRIGERANT LINES WITH INNER HEAT EXCHANGER, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .
10. O-Ring
    • Replacing. Refer to REFRIGERANT CIRCUIT SEALS .
    • Lubricate lightly with refrigerant oil before installing
11. Bolt
    • 8 Nm
12. Clamp
13. Nut
    • 8 Nm
14. High Pressure Side Refrigerant Line
    • From the condenser to the inner heat exchanger
    • Removing and installing from the condenser. Refer to REFRIGERANT LINES, DISCONNECTING AND CONNECTING FROM CONDENSER .
    • Removing and installing from inner heat exchanger. Refer to REFRIGERANT LINES WITH INNER HEAT EXCHANGER, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .
15. Bolt
    • 25 Nm
    • 22 Nm when using special tools Wrench - Door Adjusting :3320  with Wrench - Door Adjusting - Box Wrench :3320/2  and Torque Wrench, 6-50Nm : VAG1331A

17. O-Ring
    • Replacing. Refer to REFRIGERANT CIRCUIT SEALS .
    • Lubricate lightly with refrigerant oil before installing
18. High Pressure Side Refrigerant Line
    • From A/C compressor to condenser
    • Removing and installing from the A/C compressor. Refer to REFRIGERANT LINES, REMOVING AND INSTALLING TO A/C COMPRESSOR .
    • Removing and installing from the condenser. Refer to REFRIGERANT LINES, DISCONNECTING AND CONNECTING FROM CONDENSER .
19. Bolt
    • 8 Nm
20. O-Ring
    • Replacing. Refer to REFRIGERANT CIRCUIT SEALS .
    • Lubricate lightly with refrigerant oil before installing
21. Bolt
    • 8 Nm
22. O-Ring
    • Replacing. Refer to REFRIGERANT CIRCUIT SEALS .
    • Lubricate lightly with refrigerant oil before installing
