1. Refrigerant Line - Low Pressure Side
   • With low pressure side service connection
   • From the expansion valve to the refrigerant line with inner heat exchanger
   • Removing and Installing. Refer to REFRIGERANT LINES IN PLENUM CHAMBER, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .
2. Nut
   • 8 Nm
   • Quantity: 2

4. Bracket for Refrigerant Lines
   • There are different versions. Refer to the Parts Information.
5. Inner Heat Exchanger Bracket
   • There are different versions. Refer to the Parts Information.
6. Decoupling Element
7. Bolt
   • 8 Nm
8. O-Ring
   • Replacing. Refer to REFRIGERANT CIRCUIT SEALS .
   • Lubricate lightly with refrigerant oil before installing
9. Bolt
   • 8 Nm
10. Refrigerant Line with Inner Heat Exchanger
    • In this refrigerant line, the warm liquid refrigerant flowing on the high pressure side releases energy into the vaporous cold refrigerant flowing on the low pressure side. This increases the efficiency of the A/C system.
    • Removing and Installing. Refer to REFRIGERANT LINES WITH INNER HEAT EXCHANGER, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .

    • 8 Nm
12. O-Ring
    • Replacing. Refer to REFRIGERANT CIRCUIT SEALS .
    • Lubricate lightly with refrigerant oil before installing
13. Evacuating and Charging Valve, High-Pressure Side
    • 1.5 Nm
    • Removing and Installing. Refer to EVACUATING AND CHARGING VALVE, REMOVING AND INSTALLING, LOW AND HIGH PRESSURE SIDE .
    • There are different versions depending on the refrigerant. Refer to the Parts Information.

16. High Pressure Line Bracket
17. Refrigerant Line - High Pressure Side
    • With high pressure side service connection
    • From the refrigerant line with inner heat exchanger to expansion valve
    • Removing and Installing. Refer to REFRIGERANT LINES IN PLENUM CHAMBER, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .
18. Nut
    • 8 Nm
19. Service Connection Cap, High Pressure Side
    • Cap with seal, always install
20. Evacuating and Charging Valve, Low-Pressure Side
    • 1.5 Nm
    • Removing and Installing. Refer to EVACUATING AND CHARGING VALVE, REMOVING AND INSTALLING, LOW AND HIGH PRESSURE SIDE .

21. Service Connection Cap - Low Pressure Side
    • Cap with seal, always install
22. O-Ring
    • Replacing. Refer to REFRIGERANT CIRCUIT SEALS .
    • Lubricate lightly with refrigerant oil before installing

    • Removing and Installing. Refer to EXPANSION VALVE, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .
