Engine Sound Generator Actuator 1 R257, Removing And Installing: Removing

-- Remove the front wheel spoiler. Refer to OVERVIEW - FRONT WHEEL HOUSING LINER .

-- Loosen the wheel housing liner in the area of the bumper cover and push it to the side. Refer to OVERVIEW - FRONT WHEEL HOUSING LINER .

-- Disconnect the connector -2-.

-- Loosen the nut -1- four turns.

-- Remove the bolts -4- and -5-.

-- Disengage the Engine Sound Generator Actuator 1 -R257- -3- from the crossmember -6- and remove the threaded pin.
