- If there is a fault in the Air Freshening System Control Module -J1101-, the Fragrance System Functional Unit -GX43- or the Fragrance Diffuser System Actuator -V687-, the fragrance container valves may be open.
- If fragrance system components are faulty, then both containers with fragrance must be removed before removing the bracket.
-- Remove the bolts -B and E-.
-- Remove the expanding clip -C-.
-- Disconnect the hoses for the air system on the T-connection, to do so press the locking mechanism in the direction of -arrow-.
-- Disconnect the connector -A-.
-- Unclip the wire and hose on the rear side of the Fragrance System Functional Unit -GX43- -D-.
-- Remove the Fragrance System Functional Unit -GX43- -D- with the bracket.
-- If equipped, remove the bolt -B-.
-- Pull the Fragrance System Functional Unit -GX43- -D- downward from the bracket, to do so release the catches -K-.
