Upper Air Guide Pipe
- Removing and installing. Refer to AIR DUCT PIPE, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .

- Position the bolt by hand and tighten it until it finds the old threads. Then tighten the bolt to the specification.
- Tightening Specifications and Sequence. Refer to Figure.

Intake Manifold with Crankcase Ventilation Hose
- There are different versions
- Removing and Installing. Refer to INTAKE MANIFOLD, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .
- Detailed view of the equipment version Audi Q7/Q8: refer to Audi Q7/Q8: Intake Hose with Connection Piece and Crankcase Ventilation Hose .
- The crankcase ventilation hose cannot be separated from the intake manifold. Note the information:
  - Crankcase Ventilation Hose on Intake Manifold, Rest of World Vehicles. Refer to Crankcase Ventilation Hose on Intake Manifold, Rest of World Vehicles .
  - Crankcase Ventilation Hose on Intake Manifold, USA Vehicles. Refer to Crankcase Ventilation Hose on Intake Manifold, USA Vehicles .
  - Crankcase Ventilation Hose at the Intake Hose Connecting Piece, Audi Q7/Q8 Rest of World Vehicles. Refer to Crankcase ventilation hose at the intake hose connection piece, Rest of World vehicles .

Intake Air Temperature Sensor -G42- /Manifold Absolute Pressure Sensor -G71-
- Removing and Installing. Refer to Intake Air Temperature Sensor -G42- /Manifold Absolute Pressure Sensor -G71-, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .
O-Ring
- Not available separately; replace if leaking -item : Intake Air Temperature Sensor -G42- /Manifold Absolute Pressure Sensor -G71- or damaged
Throttle Valve Control Module -GX3-
- Removing and installing. Refer to Throttle Valve Control Module -GX3-, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .
- Cleaning. Refer to Throttle Valve Control Module -GX3-, CLEANING .
Seal
- Replace after removing
Connection
Bolt
- Thread cutting
- Position the bolt by hand and tighten it until it finds the old threads. Then tighten the bolt to the specification.
- Tightening Specifications:
  - Step 1: 5 Nm
  - Step 2: 6 Nm
